The NCIG Disclaimer

NCIG home > about NCIG > disclaimer

By now you must have already figured out the obvious, i.e. that this site is a joke.

This entire site is a parody of the legitimate site of the National Center for Responsible Gaming, or the NCRG. We do not have any associations with the NCRG nor do we have any opinions of that organization. Furthermore, although this site is a parody of the NCRG site, we do not wish to come across as if we are making fun of them in any way. We don't have anything against that organization. We are simply making this site as an innocent joke. The sole purpose of this site is humor, to cheer you up while you are browsing the internet. So, please, don't take this site seriously. If you like it, we are happy, and if you don't we are not forcing you to look through it.

This site bears a striking resemblance to the original NCRG site. Please note that a striking resemblance is not in any way copyright infringement. In fact, it falls under the Fair Use Agreement.

Dr. Panayiotis Papadakis, who introduced himself as the founder of the NCIG, is a completely fictitious name and any resemblance to a real person is purely coincidental. This person does not exist.

The photograph of Dr. Papadakis is an image that was lifted from the internet. In fact, it is a picture that appears on a junk site that is selling a worthless "winning" system for roulette. The person who is selling that system is obviously a charlatan and we don't believe that the photograph on his site is really a picture of him. So, if you know who the guy on the picture is, please let us know. We do not wish to offend anyone; we simply thought it would be appropriate to lift a photo form a site that is selling a worthless winning roulette system.

This also means that the organization NCIG [National Center for Irresponsible Gambling] does not exist, at lest not to the best of our knowledge. And in the unlikely event that such organization does in fact exist, it is purely coincidental and has nothing to do with us.

Also, we do not condone or encourage gambling in any way. In fact, if you really want to know, we think gambling is a bad thing and we don't recommend for anyone to ever give it a try.

All the statements in this disclaimer are serious, and the rest of the site is not.

In closing, we would like to emphasize the fact that our site is not a scam, it is a parody.
